Dog Advisory
4-H'ers can participate in the 4-H Dog Program at the county, state, and national level. At the county level, 4-H'ers can join a 4-H Dog project. The activities in these projects vary from club to club, but often consist of training in the three major disciplines (agility, showmanship, and obedience), therapy dog work, and other dog-related activities. San Diego County holds several dog shows throughout the year where members can demonstrate their mastery of showmanship, obedience, and agility.
