University Advisors are the most important link in the Cooperative Extension system. They extract from research the useful and practical information of a wide range of subjects and extend it to people in agriculture and commerce, consumers, homemakers, educators, youth groups, researchers and others. Educational programs are conducted through individual consultations, publications, seminars, field days, and mass media. Cooperative Extension has worked for over 85 years to improve the quality of life for people through the country.
